Property Development sits in the highest risk category of all industries, and has one of the highest failure rates. Unfortunately, most times the highest risk factor with Property Development is not the Project itself but the Developer.

We cater for people who have a deep passion for property and who want to create wealth developing property. Typically, I find we have a room full of people from very diverse professional backgrounds who are looking for new opportunities and our goal is to transform them into successful property developers.

Absolutely not. The 3 Day Property Development Workshop has been designed to cater for those who have no experience in property whatsoever to those who are in the industry doing property development already.

We allow a maximum of 20 attendees.

The 3 Day Property Development Workshop was established in 2004. We teach people how to develop residential and mixed use property safely and for maximum profit from start to finish.
