Hi, my name is Jim Castagnet and I have been developing property professionally now for 18 years and the Workshops have evolved over that time as I have honed the skills and strategies necessary to minimize risks and maximise profits doing property development. Now you can gain the benefit of my experience and yes, learn invaluable lessons from some of the costly mistakes that I have made!

Who is Jim Castagnet?

Jim has over 18 years experience successfully developing property. After spending two years as a guest presenter at UWS’ Business School’s property course, Jim founded PDW.

Jim has a Post Graduate Diploma in Urban Estate Management (Property Economics) from University of Technology, Sydney. He is a well-respected industry leader and whilst always engaged in developing, he makes time to share his knowledge through his Work-shops and Masterclasses, presents regularly at Business Functions and Study Groups, and has featured on Sky Business Real Estate News Programme.
