Brilliant! When I first attended the introductory seminar I was skeptical. Jim's explanation of the concept and his process soon put me at ease so I attended his 3 day workshop. It was fantastic. It is a great workshop for anyone from any background who is interested in doing either small or large scape property development. The staff are very knowledgeable, have lots of experience, are approachable and are available to answer your questions. During the workshop they introduce you to the team of experts they use in their developments so you can minimise your risk. They take you step by step through the whole process that they have used and found to be the best way to do property developments. Once you have completed the workshop, you then have the opportunity to work together with the team of experts on real project of your choice. I have gone to other workshops and seminars where I have bought lots of books and videos, which I have not had the chance to listen or read any of them. However, this workshop is great as it is hands on and you learn what you need in the workshop. If you are serious about doing property development I highly recommend you investing your time in doing this workshop.read more

I was seriously impressed with the way the 3 day PD workshop was structured and delivered. Jim Castagnet is an extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable property developer, and I thoroughly enjoyed witnessing his passion and hearing first hand about his previous developments, and the challenges he endured along the way to succeed. Advice from guest speakers was invaluable and informative. Patricia and Stephan were also extremely pleasant and accomodating to our needs for the duration of the workshop. PDW offers a great introductory course for anyone wanting to get into Property Development. Over the 3 days you get an opportunity to meet and talk with a number of industry experts, as well as receiving lots of practical information and tools. I contacted PDW in relation to a book that I wanted to purchase for a member of my team that was leaving our employ and considering their future career option. The Sales and Marketing Manager Lana was very quick to respond and extremely helpful ensuring I received what I needed within the time frames required. Lana went above and beyond for me showing that they are a company that really cares. Not only did I get the book on time but Lana arranged for this to be signed by the author, Jim who also wrote a note in the book for my member of staff and invited them to the Melbourne seminar as a guest on 16th March. Really well done and practical real advice based on real life examples showing exactly how its done. Ive been to a few property development workshops/seminars with other company's but for me PDW had been the best by far. Very nice, concise and simple presentation of what I would regard in my opinion, as a complicated subject with regards to Property Development. Indeed Jim has done a great job presenting the subject with basic framework using the 7 Part mini-series. I have listened to the series two times and will do so again and again. This makes it very appetizing to attend the 3 part seminar, which I am so looking forward to it in November .read more

A well thought out and constructed course for anyone with or without any property developing experience. Jim brings together the pieces of puzzles which for so many seems a vague and unrealistic topic.
